The hotel offers exceptional rooms that are very comfortable and clean, with lovely bathrooms and showers. However, some noise from the street and occasional issues with the air conditioning cycling on and off may be a minor inconvenience. Overall, the rooms are cozy and inviting, making me eager to return for another stay.

The service was super friendly and exceptionally prompt, ranging from car valet to room service. However, there were some moments of dismissiveness towards guests, which could be improved upon.

The location on Queen Street was excellent for exploring downtown Auckland and the waterfront area. However, there were limited seating areas to enjoy the views, especially during the early hours.

The dining experience was very nice with a delicious buffet of fresh fruit and 'kiwi fashioned' food. Although the buffet was not available continuously, the food was worth the value.

I stayed at the hotel and had a luxurious experience with the street view from my room feeling truly special. The bed was comfortable and nice, although the cleanliness was lacking as the room wasn't cleaned until late at night.

Rooms
8.0
The room felt luxurious and the bed was comfortable, but it was disappointing that it wasn't cleaned until 10 pm.

The service for first-time visitors was helpful, but I had an issue with being charged an extra $100 for another day, which was unexpected.
Location

The location was fantastic, with an overlook of Queen Street and the convenience of a Sky Bus stop right outside for easy access to the airport. However, there were some disruptions from construction in the area.
Dining

The dining experience was good and tasty, although it did not fully meet my expectations and the room service was empty.
Facilities

I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the modern rooms with a view of the Sky Tower and a bathtub. Despite some noise from the street and occasional air conditioning issues, the location was super convenient with the Skybus right outside the door.

Rooms

The rooms were nicely appointed and very modern, offering a view of the Sky Tower and a bath tub, but lacked character and charm. There was some noise from the street and issues with the air conditioning cycling on and off.

The hotel is ideally located at the quiet end of Queen Street, offering a perfect base for exploring downtown Auckland. While the rooms were smaller than expected and lacking balconies, the view of the Sky Tower adds a unique touch. The service was friendly but could be more welcoming to first-time visitors. The dining experience was outstanding, showcasing a variety of fresh and flavorful options.

Upon arrival, we had a minor hiccup as our room just looked out to another building with no view. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and managed to switch us to a room on the other side of the floor with breathtaking views of Auckland city and the water. The room was modern and comfortable, though it wasn't ready when we arrived despite our request, which caused a slight delay in our plans.

Rooms

The room we ended up in was modern and comfortable, with amazing views of Auckland city and the water.
Service

The service here was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, even offering immediate relief for my feet/leg injury. However, a sudden extra charge of $100 for another day was unexpected and disappointing, as it's not a common practice in Auckland.
Location

The hotel boasts a fantastic inner-city location, with easy access to Queen Street and a Sky Bus stop right outside the Level 2 exit for convenient airport transportation. It's a short walk away from various food and entertainment options, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit underwhelming compared to expectations for a Four Points property. While the food was enjoyable, having to pay extra for coffee seemed unnecessary. However, there was a good assortment of dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious.
Facilities
The hotel offers a range of facilities, from room service to housekeeping, making the stay convenient and comfortable overall.
